# Weber Jumbo Joe 22" Grill *Published: 2025-08-13 | Updated: 2025-08-13 | Source: https://shopsavvy.com/products/weber-jumbo-joe-22"-grill* --- **Brand:** Weber **Price Range:** $69 - $227.99 across 45 retailers ## Pros - Good size with a 22" cooking surface for larger items like whole roasts. - Relatively easy to set up and disassemble for storage or transport. - Lightweight and easy to move, even when loaded. - Versatile for two-zone cooking and utilizing the snake method for low and slow cooking. - Offers accurate temperature control with an added thermometer. - Durable and sturdy construction for long-lasting use. - Functions well as both a smoker and a hot grill. - Adequate work space, enhancing usability. - Easy to clean, making maintenance hassle-free. - Trusted by users for reliable performance over decades. ## Cons - Ash catcher is ineffective; alternative solutions like a steel pan are advised. - Air intake regulator lacks an extended handle, making adjustments tricky. - Lid design makes side securing challenging. - Does not retain heat effectively, leading to cold spots. - Bottom charcoal section is shallow, limiting capacity. - Ineffective ventilation leads to uneven cooking and food scorching. - Requires aftermarket thermometer as no temperature monitoring system is included. - Grill grate is low quality and does not offer flip-up functionality for adding coals. - Additional charcoal may be needed during indirect cooking. - Consider opting for a more premium model for better ease of use. ## Specifications | Attribute | Value |
